The Menopause Re-Coded

Guidance and Mentoring

Welcome to the Menopause Re-Coded

Welcome to a transformative 8-day journey designed to help you navigate this profound phase of life with deep awareness, acceptance, and trust.

Menopause Re-Coded is not about trying to “fix” anything, nor is it about returning to the person you used to be. Instead, it is an invitation to meet yourself exactly as you are now. It is a journey from holding to allowing, from resistance to flow, and from disconnection to a quiet, lived power.

Menopause Recoded – Eight-Day Journey

My signature eight-day audio transmission course was created to support women through the menopausal transition in a deeply embodied and transformational way.

Each day includes guided audio transmissions, energy practices, emotional release work, Chi Gong, Tantra-based tools, and recoding messages to the body — supporting women to release old stories, reconnect with themselves, and move through menopause with more awareness, vitality, softness, and self-connection.

This work is about releasing old stories, conditioning, shame, grief, and patterns held within the body, while also stepping into the wisdom, presence, strength, and self-knowing that can emerge through this time.

Menopause can become a doorway into transformation.

A time to soften, heal, awaken, and step more fully into ourselves as women.

Menopause Recoded is here to support that journey — through embodied practices, guidance, teachings, sessions, audios, workshops, and community — so women feel held, empowered, and deeply connected during this sacred phase of life.

How This Works

The Menopause Re-Coded is an 8-day journey.
Each day includes a short guided audio transmission that fits easily into your daily life.
The sound of my voice is guided by hypnotherapy principles, combined with theta wave music — designed to gently lead you into a receptive, altered state of awareness.
A place where the body can deeply relax.
Where the nervous system begins to settle.
Where the mind softens its control.
In this state, the body becomes open.
More available.
More able to receive.
Not through thinking…
But through feeling.
The theta state allows the body to access deeper layers — where patterns, emotions, and memories are held.
Each transmission works directly with the body through the organs and the emotions connected to them, drawing from Chinese medicine and Tantric principles.
These are the areas often under pressure during menopause.
You are gently guided to meet what is there.
To feel it.
To allow it to move.
As what has been held begins to release, the body naturally begins to recode — aligning not with old patterns, but with your deeper, more authentic inner truth.
Each day completes with this subtle process of release and recoding.
As this happens, patterns begin to shift.
Your relationship to your body, your emotions, and this phase of life begins to reorganise.
Alongside this, simple embodiment practices support the physical body.
Through movement, breath, and awareness, they help restore flow to areas that may feel stuck or contracted.
This is how the work happens.
You are guided into a state where the body can open.
You receive the transmission.
You meet what is there.
You allow it to move.
And from that place, the body begins to release… and recode.
It is simple.
But it works deeply.
Because it works with the body, the energy system, and what is already trying to happen within you.
What You Come Into
By the end of this journey, you are no longer holding yourself in the same way.
What has surfaced has begun to move.
What was held has begun to soften.
You may feel more at home in your body.
More steady within yourself.
Less reactive.
More present.
There is a deeper connection to your inner rhythm.
A sense of knowing that comes from within, rather than looking outside.
You are not trying to return to who you were.
You are meeting yourself as you are now —
with greater acceptance, awareness, and trust.
This is where the shift happens.
From holding… to allowing.
From resistance… to flow.
From disconnection… to embodiment.
And from that place, a quiet power begins to emerge.
Not forced.
Not performed.
But lived.
